credits go to tankagirl

Mobster of the hours is gained by most exp in the hour from crimes only.
Hitter of the hour is gained by hitting the most amount of players in the hour, exp does not matter.
Mugger of the hour is gained by mugging the most amount of cash in the hour.
Rat of the hour is not completely random per Dave as he states in the forums but he does not clarify how to get it. This is supposed to be a tease giving the players something fun to try to figure out.
Seriously, how does nobody know this. Or, do you know, and you are screwing with the noobs. Good for you, lets not let the noobs get the free points. -
