    yeah. i used to get hitter of the hour during wars and im not an exp gainer.

    also this noob used to talk shit about winning OTH during said war so i made sure to mash a couple extra dud accounts so i would win instead. def. not based on exp alone.

    im guessing it goes to exp if certain hit quota is not met.

    it might have something to do with the fact that you need to spend points to hit more than 16 ppl in an hour

    that's worth testing too

    we need 2 ppl to go head to head in the same hour testing different things

    then they can compare the EXP gain / number of hits

    then we have them reach specific goals ie. 20 hits@1EXP vs 20 hits high(er) EXP

    yea its just some kind of ratio that Dave has put in to try and make it equally fair for both high and low levels.
