    It uses % off of the good one. Still have 2. Gonna try and sell the good one and use the glitched one.

    It sold the glitched one even though I had it first. So now the one I have isn't glitched. Problem solved I guess.

    No the first one didn't have a quality percent. Just quantity. It's a known glitch with items that were in the vault in old core, and left to transfer to new core
