    Mobster of the hour is awarded randomly to any one person who happens to complete the mobster of the hour challenge. This involves travelling to at least 5 different cities within the hour and attacking at least one person per city, though more attacks is thought to increase the likelihood.
    Furthermore, you must also mug at least one active online player and complete a minimum of 20 crimes.

    I have never traveled to five cities and get it all the time. All you have to do it go for hitter and mugger of the hour if you get both you are basically garaged to get it. If you get just hitter of the hour your chances of getting it are good. If you get just mugger of the hour your chances are slim of getting mobster of the hour.

    mobster of the hour is purely exp based

    there is a bias towards lower levels winning it as well

    Thats absolute bullshit

    why cant you just be straight out and tell the truth guys?

    Mobster of the hour goes to the person who gains the most exp in the specified hour
    Mugger of the hour goes to the person with the most money mugged in that hour
    Hitter of the hour goes to the person who makes the most hits in that hour

    Rat of the hour to my knowledge goes to a random person online in that hour
