   yeah that makes sense. but in either sense, it translate to "protecting your hp" in the end.

   Higher the speed the quicker you attack.
   Quicker you attack more chance to get first hit.
   The rest is up to and levels unless you're attacking a strength speed account.
   
   Unless I'm wrong, I've never played a defence acct with new core
