    We have but a handful of people left in the game this is a given, now most of us got addicted to the game in the start because of wars and stuff like that.....so we should eliminate all the gangs and distribute everyone evenly through the game and then we could go back to fighting and stuff like the old days....or everyone could stay where they are and bitch about the game being broke

    If they just bring back the war system with balances like with each territory you own you need to do crimes mugs and attacks (so that 1 gang cant hold nearly all cities like we did) and some fairness in the war system (most pts win with some calcs to eliminate hit and run) this game will be back on its feet

    The only way to make it fair is to cap it (stupid) or make you do upkeep in each city whether it be cash or activity...

    thereby having massive amounts of territories wouldnt happen if the gang cant be that active

    Another idea is having each quadrant of a city be upkept by something different

    like north is upkept by gang exp ( or individual exp) earned in this city
    west upkept by x hits in this city
    east upkept by mugs in city
    and south upkept by paying

    that way a gang has to do a lot of work to keep cities and if the upkept is missed it reverts back to game ownership

    Everynew player who creates an account should start off with 3 billion strength, defense , and speed. That would keep the game intresting and repromotion
