    So the rest of the world has finally caught up to the panic that swept Hong Kong about 2 months ago...Yes it is NOT just the common cold or flu. But the panic will kill you more than the virus will. Been mask free since SARS, maybe I'm just lucky or maybe it's because I wash my hands on the regular, I touch as little as possible whenever I'm outside (I don't act like a freak about it though). I only touch my nose, mouth and eyes when I need to.

    Like Sky said. It's going to spread, no matter what measures the governments take, it's going to spread. Hong Kong postponed schools in January, and they've been holding online classes ever since. A month ago the bars and streets were fucking empty as shit, that shit was scary as fuck.

    It gets better though because people realised shit is going to spread anyways so might as well be safe but live your life as normally as you can. People are out again drinking, partying. Shit just 3 days ago I blacked out hahaha.

    TL:DR Shit is gonna get worse for you guys mainly because of the panic, but shit will get better soon enough.

    Also ditto with what Havok said. IF I were sick I would wear a mask but the thing with this virus is people can be asymptomatic and still be very contagious. Good thing for me is that 99% of the people here in HK are wearing masks just to protect themselves. :delight:

    I'm doing my bit by also staying away from old people.. mainly an excuse to avoid the parents

    Also.. if they recommend alcohol wipes and sanitisers to protect us from the outside then why not get the alcohol flowing to look after the inside

    Who here is self-isolating / quarantined and why (did you perhaps come in contact with someone who had it, can work from home, have elderly at home and can't risk going out, etc.)?
